DESCRIPTION
The Department of Tarija, located in southern Bolivia on the border
with the Republics of Argentina and Paraguay, is a beautiful valley
formed by small cities and towns inhabited by friendly, hospitable
people. The Valleys and the Chaco are its two main regions. There
are fruit producing valleys in Tarija, with vineyards and broad
rivers where you can fish, and paleontological fields with small
settlements of people.
CLIMATE
Temperate and cold in the western zone, temperate in the central zone,
and warm in the southern and eastern zones.
